• Eligibility: Must be Santa Rosa, Cotati, or Rohnert Park residents, who are either - Veterans - Victims of violence - Low-income families - Individuals with disabilities - Individuals 55 years of age and older - Pregnant women in 2nd to 3rd trimester - Individuals who are currently homeless or at-risk of becoming homeless- Veterans
• Requirements: -Photo ID -Proof of income -Monthly budget -Rental agreement -Delinquent notices -Reason for hardship -Unanticipated expenses -Disablement documents -Social Security cards for all household members
